The Rochester Area Homeschool (RAHS) Defenders Sports programs exist to give homeschool student athletes an opportunity to use their God-given athletic abilities in athletic competition while at the same time encouraging them to glorify God in all they do.

Minnesota Christian Athletic Conference

The Defenders Volleyball teams, JH, JV and Varsity plays in the Minnesota Christian Athletic Conference, a league of small Christian schools. See standings and league stats here: www.mcacathletics.org 

Our Parent Evaluation Night is Monday May 4 frm 6:00-8:00pm at the National Volleyball Center. It is likely we will have two waves of players going in each hour block.

We have our Parent/Team Meeting on Tuesday May 12 to go over the Fall Season.  Please make every effort to attend if your daughter wants to be on the Defenders Teams this Fall. This includes parents of Mini's, who can learn valuable information about your daughter's future game experiences.

Beginning in January, we will have twice a month open gym days at the NVC for any players currently in 7th grade - 12th grade. The first open gym of each month will be free; the second open gym day will be $5 per player (paid to Coach Prigge or Coach Radtke). We'll go from 6:00-8:00 pm. As a reminder, these are only for the homeschool girls in our program. I'll send out reminders as the dates get closer. Here's the schedule:
