The Rochester Area Homeschool (RAHS) Defenders Sports programs exist to give homeschool student athletes an opportunity to use their God-given athletic abilities in athletic competition while at the same time encouraging them to glorify God in all they do.

Defenders Basketball is now part of the Minnesota Christian Athletic Conference

Beginning with the 2024-25 season, the Defenders Basketball varsity teams joined the Minnesota Christian Athletic Conference (MCAC), a league of Christian schools. MCAC is the result of a merger between the former Christian Athletic League and the former Minnesota Association of Christian Schools. Here is the MCAC website: MCAC website
