The Rochester Area Homeschool (RAHS) Defenders Sports programs exist to give homeschool student athletes an opportunity to use their God-given athletic abilities in athletic competition while at the same time encouraging them to glorify God in all they do.

Christian Athletic League Site

The Defenders Volleyball varsity team plays in the Christian Athletic League, a league of small Christian schools. See standings and league stats here: CAL website

The Parent Information Meeting is Monday May 13th at 6pm at the National Volleyball Center. Open Gym for all players aged 4th-12th grade during the meeting time. Mini- Defenders encouraged to attend. This meeting is best to be attended by both parents as we have lots of information to share about the season, the roster, the new conference and volunteer opportunities. Our 2024 Season will begin in August with practice for all three teams JH/JV/Varsity. The next two open gyms are April 19 and April 26th. All new interested families, please contact Erin Prigge, erinprigge@gmail.com to register and to receive our program emails. Our calendar and game schedule is live, but additional changes are coming throughout the summer months.
